What does that sign say? Hmm, it’s a little bit blurry without your glasses on. If only it were daylight; then you’d be able to read it for sure. Darn it; that was the right street, but you saw it too late. I guess you’ll just have to circle back. How many times have you been through this irksome routine? For me, it’s more than I can count. My husband has worn glasses since he was a child. The doctor informed me that as the spouse of the patient, I could watch the whole lasik eye surgery on a monitor. I can honestly say that I have seen a side of my husband that most wives don’t get to see. It wasn’t until the doctor was halfway into the lasik eye surgery procedure that I had an awful thought and almost yelled for the doctor to stop. I suddenly realized that for the first time in our marriage, my husband would really see the way I look first thing in the morning.
